Returns will be accepted within 30 days. Only products returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging will be refunded.
Please note: As we are a small business, unfortunately at this time we can't help cover the cost of returns, the amount for return postage will be deducted from the final return amount. We will always endeavour to pick the cheapest return method to maximise the funds we return to our customers. For EU orders, postage can be as much as £25, for US/Canada it can be considerably more, so please be aware of this.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order within 1-3 days unless otherwise specified. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We ship from the UK.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
How do i work out sizing?
Sizing is simply done using our size chart on the 'Sizing' page and also using our clever 'Whats My Size' tool. Always measure your dog using a Fabric Tape Measure, following the natural curve of your dogs back not a hard ruler as this will give incorrect measurements. Any queries, feel free to contact us!
Are the coats machine washable?
They sure are! We recommend using our specially made Poncho Washing Machine Bags to maintain the coats shape and quality. Check all the washing details on the label. Any questions - do not hesitate to contact us.
